Tracking of income, expenses, and petty cash control Company based in Guadalajara specializing in rental and sale of medical equipment is seeking: **FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Data entry, validation, and updating of administrative information. * Generation and updating of reports; analysis of operational and financial information. * Preparation of financial analyses (revenue, expenses, operating cash flow). * Monitoring of income and expenses, petty cash control, and CRM updates. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and formulas) * 3 to 5 years of experience * Experience in the finance area Benefits: * Working hours Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. * Statutory benefits. * Monthly salary of $22,000 to $25,000 MXN, tax-free. * One-month bonus upon completion of one year of service.
