Coordinates staff and departments to ensure event success. **EVENT COORDINATOR** * **Objective:** Planning, organizing, and executing events (both on-site and off-site), managing logistics, vendors, customer service, and documentation. **Requirements:** * Age: 25–30 years old. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Education: High school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree. * Experience: Minimum of 1 year organizing events. * Flexible schedule availability, including weekends. **Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:** * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Customer service orientation. * Problem-solving ability. * Attention to detail. * Punctuality and organizational skills. * Client sales and negotiation skills. * Strong sense of responsibility. * Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Canva, Internet), telephone, printer/scanner, and mobile phone. **Responsibilities:** * In-person and telephone customer service. * Acquiring new clients and increasing monthly event volume compared to previous month and same period last year. * Developing innovative menu and decoration proposals. * Conducting venue scouting. * Purchasing and setting up decoration materials. * Preparing quotations for all types of events. * Conducting inventory checks. * Managing event logistics. * Setting up and dismantling furniture, decorations, and utensils. * Ensuring orders comply with contractual terms.
