Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication; 3 years of experience. **Design Coordinator** Position Objective Ensure visual and aesthetic consistency of the brand across all touchpoints by developing and overseeing graphic identity, store image, and creative materials that strengthen the company’s positioning. Key Responsibilities * **Visual Identity (VI/SI) Management:** Planning, creation, and maintenance of corporate image for all brands, ensuring clear and consistent guidelines. * **Point-of-Sale (POS) Image:** Supervision of store and dealership presentation, including display guidelines, support for openings, and new product launch campaigns. * **Creative Design:** Development of visual concepts for annual campaigns and projects; coordination of resources for execution of graphic and advertising materials. * **Material Production:** Timely design and delivery of advertisements, brochures, posters, and other visual communication assets. * **Product Visual Resource Management:** Coordination with external vendors for photography sessions and material creation, ensuring stylistic and communicative uniformity. Candidate Profile * Bachelor's degree in **Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field**. * Minimum **3 years** of experience in corporate design, branding, or brand image management. * Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). * Knowledge of **visual merchandising** and retail image management. * Strong coordination skills with internal and external teams (vendors, photographers, agencies). * Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to maintain high-level visual standards.
