




At The Fanatic Maker Company, we are seeking professionals responsible for managing the content and community of our social media platforms. **Main Responsibilities** * Schedule and publish social media content according to the approved calendar. * Respond to messages, comments, and mentions using an appropriate tone and voice for each brand. * Monitor mentions, trends, hashtags, and relevant industry developments to apply them to our brands as appropriate and with prior authorization. * Follow up on complaints, requests, and questions, channeling information to the corresponding department (sales, billing, customer service, etc.). * Identify conversation opportunities or viral trends and propose immediate actions. **Specific Responsibilities:** * Maintain a fast response rate with well-written replies. * Ensure proper handling of messages and comments. * Escalate comments or sensitive situations to the Digital Coordinator before responding (e.g., complaints, sensitive topics, or crisis management). **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Location** Bernardo Reyes, 64280 Monterrey, N.L.
