Position Summary: We are seeking a commercial leader for a mortgage and auto loan franchise, responsible for the strategic management of the sales team and relationships with financial institutions. Ongoing training and professional growth We are a franchise specialized in placing mortgage and auto loans, focused on providing customized financial solutions and comprehensive support to our clients. **Position Objective** Lead the franchise's commercial operations, ensuring goal achievement through strategic management of the sales team, customer follow-up, and strengthening relationships with financial institutions. Responsibilities * Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team. * Design and implement sales strategies for mortgage and auto loans. * Timely follow-up with prospects and customers throughout the sales process. * Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks and financial institutions. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and manage efficient CRM usage. * Ensure achievement of commercial and loan placement targets. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the mortgage, financial, or automotive sectors. * Proven experience leading sales teams. * Proficiency in Excel and digital tools. * CRM and financial simulation tool experience preferred (training provided).
