Position Purpose** To provide administrative, operational, and customer service support to the sales team, ensuring efficient commercial processes, effective customer follow-up, and achievement of departmental objectives. **2. Key Responsibilities Administrative** * Track orders, quotations, and purchase orders. * Create, update, and organize customer, sales, and prospect databases. * Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. * Manage the sales team’s schedule (calls, meetings, appointments). * Ensure accurate recording of sales in the system (CRM/ERP). **Customer Service** * Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, or phone. * Follow up on deliveries, shipments, exchanges, or returns. * Provide information on products, pricing, promotions, and delivery timelines. **Commercial Support** * Prepare sales materials: catalogs, price lists, presentations. * Support activations, commercial events, or product demonstrations. * Coordinate with internal departments: warehouse, billing, collections, marketing, and logistics. * Monitor basic inventory levels to confirm product availability. **Processes** * Ensure compliance with established sales processes. * Update prospect status in CRM. * Prepare documentation for sales closures. **3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Average customer response time. * Number of quotations handled. * Percentage of CRM follow-ups completed. * Customer satisfaction level (internal NPS). * Timely and accurate submission of reports. * Conversion rate of supported quotations → sales. **4. Position Requirements Education** * Completed high school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree (in Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Communications). **Experience** * 1–2 years in sales, customer service, or administration. * CRM experience (preferred). * Experience in e-commerce or retail (a plus). **Knowledge** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel required). * Business writing and customer service skills. * Basic understanding of sales processes. * Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and corporate email. **5.
