Paseo del Moral), Zona Centro (across from the Cathedral), and Centro Max (next to Starbucks and opposite Costco at Centro Max). **FUNCTION OBJECTIVE:** · Ensure seamless teacher coordination based on instructor proficiency levels and schedule availability. · Maintain excellent communication and service for VIP class clients. · Motivate instructors to commit to the Academy’s values and procedures. · Ensure quality across all departments involved in Academic Coordination. · Support each branch in meeting its revenue targets. · Respond promptly, punctually, and efficiently to any cases of teacher misconduct, as well as client, team leader, admissions, or sales complaints or suggestions. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Update Academic Calendars and pending start dates. · Update private, semi-private, and corporate class hours while reviewing calendars, ensuring the format is correctly completed. · Notify the branch whenever a private, semi-private, or corporate class is suspended or rescheduled. · Serve as the direct liaison with private, semi-private, and corporate class clients or their representatives. · Report to Management any suspicion that a class is boring or not following the Academy’s methodology. · Follow up on the “Service Agreement” form each time it must be renewed or for new classes. · Supervise and control diploma issuance for private classes. · Update the teacher availability matrix once every two months. · Inform Admissions & Verification (A&V) and team leaders about groups to promote, so they open on the scheduled date—considering pending starts ready to begin, e.g., due to schedule changes, etc. · Conduct Quality Controls to support Management and team leaders when required. · Provide full support for special activities such as summer courses, fairs, etc. **SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 3:00–7:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM–1:30 PM** **REQUIREMENTS:** Proficiency in Excel and Google Drive or similar organizational software Experience coordinating work teams Bilingual proficiency preferred Availability and flexibility to resolve situations immediately Service-oriented attitude Focused on quality and results.
