Responsibilities: * Coordinate vehicle entries and exits (dry vans, trailers, containers). * Assign loading and unloading positions. * Control maneuvering and movement of vehicles. * Supervise proper use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations. * Verify documentation for vehicles and operators (appointments, orders, logs). * Monitor waiting, loading, and unloading times. * Coordinate with warehouse, traffic, security, and maintenance departments. * Report incidents, damages, delays, and accidents. * Maintain an updated yard layout. * Ensure order and cleanliness in the yard area.
