Supervise and coordinate the mechanical area production line timely and effectively, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance in bus repowering processes. **Requirements** Minimum 5 years of experience in bus mechanics or heavy-duty transportation. Experience supervising technical staff. Knowledge of reconstruction or repowering processes. Experience in production line processes. **Skills** Leadership and organizational ability. High energy and ability to work under pressure.
