Preparation of daily reports and communication with management The Shift Supervisor coordinates, supervises, and ensures compliance with production operations during their assigned shift, adhering to quality standards, food safety requirements, and established productivity targets. **Requirements:** Availability to rotate shifts Two years of experience Gender: Unrestricted High school diploma / Higher Technical Degree (preferably in food or related field) **Responsibilities:** Coordinate operator activities during the assigned shift. Supervise proper cutting, weighing, packaging, and labeling of products. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (GMP, NOM-251). Validate implementation of the FIFO system for inventory and storage. Prepare daily production, inventory, and personnel reports. Maintain communication with the Operations Manager regarding progress and needs.
