Monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions to reduce anomalies and defects. Maximize operational efficiency by ensuring optimal use of resources, as well as detecting any defects or issues. Operate and maintain machines and equipment in optimal condition. Minimize line stoppages by ensuring proper completion and verification of TPM documentation, as well as escalation through designated platforms. Maintain the area in accordance with 5S standards. Create and participate in QRAPs / OJT. Teamwork and collaboration within the production line, as well as with other departments. Participate in technical projects or process changes. Contribute to achieving line KPIs by proposing improvement ideas to meet objectives. Follow instructions from the immediate supervisor. Respect time allocations for indirect activities to ensure objective achievement. Maintain records of processed parts in the relevant area logbooks. Timely and accurate reporting of shift activities in the designated applications. **Job Requirements** -------------------- Education: High school diploma. Work Experience: Industry knowledge. Specific Knowledge: PC usage, operation of equipment and measuring tools. Business Knowledge: 5S, TPM, teamwork, standardized work, HSE. **But what else?
