Crown was founded with the goal of valuing and promoting sustainability and this vision continues to be essential to our long\-term future. **Job Description:** Job Summary\*\* We are seeking a diligent and efficient Palletizing Operator to join our team at Fabricas Monterrey, S.A. de C.V. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating palletizing machinery and ensuring the correct and safe stacking of products for storage and shipment. Job Responsibilities\*\* * Operate and monitor automated or semi\-automated palletizing equipment to stack products according to established procedures and specifications. * Perform routine checks and minor adjustments on machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime. * Load and unload products onto conveyor belts or palletizing systems. * Inspect products for quality defects or damage before and after palletization. * Ensure accurate labeling and wrapping of pallets for identification and stability. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies. * Report any equipment malfunctions, product discrepancies, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly. * Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets. * Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment as needed (certification preferred). * Complete production logs and other relevant documentation accurately.
