Optimization of machining processes DESCRIPTION **OBJECTIVE** Contribute to meeting the production schedule by operating, programming, and adjusting Makino-brand CNC machines, ensuring component manufacturing complies with technical specifications, dimensional tolerances, established timelines, and quality standards, while optimizing process performance through appropriate selection of cutting tools, cutting parameters, and workholding methods. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure compliance with dimensional specifications and finished-product quality. * Guarantee generation of efficient toolpaths that reduce deviations and non-productive time. * Meet expected process performance by maintaining operational stability and repeatability. * Ensure proper workpiece clamping to prevent deviations and process disruptions. * Guarantee part release in accordance with tolerances and technical requirements. * Comply with defined manufacturing and process traceability standards. * Ensure operational continuity and minimize downtime. REQUIREMENTS * Technical degree in CNC Machining, Manufacturing, Machine Tools, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience operating wire-cut and sinker EDM machines and Makino machining centers. * Knowledge of workholding systems. * Knowledge of geometric tolerances and dimensional control. * Experience with Powermill and Mastercam software. * Attention to detail.
