Active collaboration to achieve production targets. **Purpose of the Position** Support production area operations, ensuring compliance with established schedules, product quality, and safety and environmental standards. **Main Responsibilities** Operate production equipment and machinery following established procedures. Comply with quality and industrial safety standards. Perform cleaning, organization, and basic maintenance in the work area. Assist in packaging, labeling, and storage of finished products. Report any deviations or anomalies detected in the process. Actively collaborate with the team to achieve daily production targets. **Required Profile** **Education:** Completed secondary school or high school. **Experience:** Prior experience in **production, manufacturing, or industrial plant** is desirable. **Knowledge:** Basic handling of tools and machinery. Good safety and hygiene practices. Knowledge of chemical or mixing processes is desirable (not mandatory). **Key Competencies** Responsibility and commitment. Teamwork. Attention to detail.
