




Job Summary: This role is responsible for picking materials for work orders, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and complying with established procedures, promoting a positive work environment. Maintain constant communication for improvements and program tracking. **Job Description** **Overview:** Pick materials for work orders using printed labels and conveyors for material transport. Keep the module area orderly, clean, and properly arranged according to area procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Pick all required components for each order’s wave completely and correctly, and complete wave picking in the shortest possible time without exceeding the time reflected in the man power report. * Comply with applicable procedures for this activity. * Follow up on directions and/or instructions provided by the coordinator. * Comply with the 5S program. * Maintain a positive work environment and good discipline throughout the workday. * Maintain effective communication with your immediate supervisor regarding any situation affecting picking results or necessary process changes to improve quality, efficiency, and/or safety. * Follow up on company-established programs, improvements, Kaizen, and safety initiatives. * Properly use company-provided equipment for this activity, such as scanners, scales, pickers, and reach trucks. * Keep boxes closed and maintain a clean and organized work area. **Required Competencies:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in Production. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a material picker. * Minimum 1 year of experience operating scanners. * Software skills: scanner usage. **Skills:** Communication, teamwork, proactive, results-oriented, sense of urgency, organization, responsibility, discipline. **Education:** Secondary school, high school, or technical degree.
