We focus on maintaining the highest standards of food safety and nutritional quality, transforming plant-based raw materials into key products for the food and animal nutrition industries. ***Responsibilities*** * **Process Supervision:** Monitor and optimize crude oil extraction lines and soybean grinding and texturizing processes. * **Quality and Food Safety Control:** Ensure compliance with food safety management system standards (implementation or maintenance of certifications such as **FSSC 22000**, HACCP, GMP). * **Development and Improvement of Vegetable Flours:** Supervise the physicochemical and functional properties of vegetable flours and textured soybeans (water absorption, particle size distribution, bulk density). * **Standardization:** Develop and update technical data sheets, operating manuals, and standard sanitation procedures (SSOPs). * **Product Management:** Ensure that by-products (such as livestock feed paste) meet the nutritional specifications required by the market.
