Job Summary:
Responsible for transporting products and raw materials, inspecting vehicles, planning routes, documenting activities, and complying with traffic regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Transporting products and raw materials by land.
2. Inspecting and performing preventive maintenance on vehicles.
3. Planning routes and adhering to delivery schedules.
. Transport various products and raw materials by land according to our customers' requirements.
. Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical or safety issues and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
. Plan routes and meet delivery deadlines.
. Document and record work/rest periods and kilometers driven, as well as retain fuel/toll receipts.
. Comply with truck driving regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and rest periods), as well as company policies and procedures.
. Maneuver trucks and handle loading/unloading, including inspection and delivery to destination.
. Collect and verify delivery instructions.
. Report defects, accidents, or violations.
. Always drive defensively during trips, turn on lights, and keep doors closed. Defined by the company.
. Comply with federal, state, and customer traffic regulations, as well as those of the SCT (Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes), and with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
. Monitor diesel fuel efficiency and maintain the vehicle and ground equipment in good condition.
. Submit documentation on time and as required.
. Attend examinations and training sessions designated by the company.
. Complete the company's Safety Training. Request all required documentation related to the vehicle.
. Wash and keep the vehicle clean.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and medical fitness certificate (mandatory for processing).
Salary: $15,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
