Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC Lathe Operator with experience in programming, setup, and HAAS control operation to ensure production quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. CNC lathe operation (3-axis HAAS) and conventional lathe operation 2. On-machine programming and adjustments 3. Use of measuring instruments and precision machining Requirements for CNC Lathe Operator: 1–2 years of verifiable experience operating HAAS CNC lathes (3-axis) and conventional lathes; live tooling experience preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES: On-machine programming and adjustments, Tooling and workpiece setup, HAAS control operation, Production monitoring and documentation per internal procedures, Machine and equipment maintenance, Compliance with workplace quality and safety standards. KNOWLEDGE: Proficiency in CNC machine programming and setup, Design, reading, and interpretation of blueprints and/or drawings, Use of measuring instruments and precision part machining. Cutting parameters. Knowledge and handling of various material types. Schedule availability. Minimum 3–4 years of verifiable experience. High school diploma.
