Job stability We are seeking a responsible Booth Operator to coordinate and track tow truck services, ensuring efficient, timely, and high-quality service to our customers. Main Responsibilities: * Answering calls and service requests. * Assigning services to tow truck operators. * Monitoring units in operation (via GPS or direct communication). * Tracking services until closure. * Recording information in systems or logs. * Addressing and resolving incidents in real time. Requirements: * Completed high school diploma (minimum). * Experience in customer service, logistics, or monitoring (preferred). * Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry systems). * Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure. * Flexible availability.
