Join a team with an excellent work environment and growth opportunities. **Location:** Benito Juárez, CDMX. 10 minutes from División del Norte and Zapata metro stations **Main Responsibilities:** * Initial training for new hires * Monitoring employees’ skill development * Preparing training reports for the department * Tracking the Continuous Updating Plan * Developing and planning training programs **Work Schedules (Full-time):** * Monday to Friday | 08:00–18:00 hrs * Saturday | 08:00–15:00 hrs Possibility of shift rotation for evening training sessions * Monday to Friday | 09:00–19:00 hrs * Saturday | 08:00–15:00 hrs **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a trainer or similar role (or no experience required) * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Pedagogy (mandatory) * Responsible and punctual * Excellent attitude **We Offer:** * Salary: $10,500 * Statutory benefits * Positive work environment (certified by Great Place To Work) * Savings fund * Integrated wellness agreement * Internal benefits * Training and growth opportunities.
