Revolución 2040, C.U., Coyoacán, 04510 Ciudad de México, CDMX.** We are looking for a **Multifunctional Device Maintenance Technician** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, removal, maintenance, and repair of multifunctional devices, providing technical support to our customers and ensuring proper equipment functionality. **Responsibilities:** * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of multifunctional devices. * Diagnosis and repair of equipment malfunctions. * Customer support to resolve technical issues. * Follow-up on service requests and preventive maintenance in the assigned area or surrounding locations. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in multifunctional device maintenance. * Solid knowledge of hardware and software for multifunctional devices. * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Proactive attitude and strong customer service skills. * Valid driver's license. * Willingness to travel. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional growth and development.
