Job Summary: Ensure follow-up on hospital procedures to provide timely and high-quality service to the insured, while monitoring costs and process execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring of account statement reviews and cost compliance. 2. Ensuring quality and timeliness in customer response. 3. Ensuring process execution according to policies and procedures. **Mission or Objective:** ---------------------- Ensure proper follow-up on all procedures entering hospitals via hospital reporting and surgical scheduling, with the aim of providing timely and high-quality service to the insured. **Function \- Responsibility:** ------------------------------- 1\.\- Monitor correct and timely review of account statements, tracking behavior and adherence to established cost parameters (applicable only to Hospital Supervision) (30%) 2\.\- Ensure customer responses are timely and of high quality to meet established standards (30%) 3\.\- Support the development of medical knowledge to facilitate understanding of all cases activated due to deviation (20%) 4\.\- Ensure processes are executed in accordance with established policies and procedures (20%)**Education:** ---------------- Bachelor's Degree or Engineering (Certified) in Medicine**Academic Knowledge \- Certifications:** ------------------------------------------------ * Administrative process courses (Desirable) **Experience and applicable responsibilities:** ----------------------------------------------------- * Insurance sector (GMM) * Administrative areas (Desirable) * Internal hospital processes **Areas or Experience in:** --------------------------- Medical * Medical evaluations * GMM Service Areas
