Here, every step you take brings you closer to the best version of yourself. **Position Objective:** Subscribe to collective portfolio businesses by conducting specific analysis and follow-up to timely implement actions enabling achievement of management-defined objectives and profitability for the line of business. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze and quantify underwriting risk, define proposals, and set appropriate premium levels aligned with each business’s risk profile to maintain target loss ratios. * Develop rate proposals for commercial partners, ensuring profitability and compliance with underwriting guidelines through negotiation. * Monitor assigned business portfolios, generating targeted proposals to improve key profitability KPIs. * Prepare and issue quotations for international business. **Requirements:** * Academic Background: Actuarial Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Language: Advanced English preferred. * Type and Duration of Experience: 1–3 years preferred. * Knowledge: Basic knowledge of insurance, loss ratio concepts, frequency, average claim, proportional and non-proportional reinsurance placements. * Tools: Intermediate Office proficiency; VBA programming (preferred). **What We Offer You:** At AXA Mexico, we provide a path to empower your skills, foster personal and professional growth, and deliver an experience that challenges you to become better every day.
