You will play a key role in executing operational standards, meeting performance metrics, and efficiently managing resources—directly contributing to the store’s profitability and operational continuity. **What will you do?** · Supervise that each aisle and area of the store remains organized, clean, and fully stocked. · Support the execution of strategies to achieve the store’s sales targets. · Ensure high-quality customer service and attention for all customers. · Inspect and report on the condition of facilities, equipment, and operational systems. · Monitor compliance with branch performance indicators and objectives. · Conduct opening and closing walkthroughs to ensure proper store operation. · Manage and control the petty cash fund responsibly. · Coordinate and schedule staff according to promotions, seasons, and operational needs. · Ensure compliance with animal welfare and care protocols. · Identify and channel preventive and corrective maintenance needs. · Verify compliance with company-mandated and regulatory operational standards and norms. · Prevent sanitary risks that could affect pets, customers, and colleagues. · Confirm physical inventory matches SAP system records. · Supervise and manage the work team to maintain efficient operations. · Maintain a mindset of continuous learning and professional development. **What are we looking for?** * Personnel management experience. * Shrinkage and inventory control. * Experience with RPS; SAP knowledge is desirable. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. **Work location and schedule** · Blvd. Mauricio Castro # 4650, Zona Hotelera, 23400 San José del Cabo, B.C.S. · Monday through Sunday, with one weekday off; rotating shifts (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM) **We offer** * Base salary ($19,080 gross monthly) + monthly bonus * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Ongoing training * Discounts at Petco stores * Growth opportunities **Apply through this channel or send your CV to 5640009794** Salary: $19,080.00 – $22,800.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
