RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be the first point of direct contact with the customer! Through teamwork and passion for fashion, you will make your store the place where customers enjoy their best shopping experience—and always find someone to talk to at any time, especially someone who understands and advises our customers using comprehensive knowledge of fashion, our company, and our products. You’re the one who wins customers’ hearts for our brand! Sales Associate responsibilities include: * + Deliver high-level customer service + Support checkout and delivery teams + Stay updated on the latest fashion trends + Restock the sales floor + Comply with all health and safety procedures + Assist with other store functions as needed + Demonstrate and sell our products + Execute in-store visual merchandising + Organize and display merchandise + Label goods in-store and in the warehouse + Maintain and clean the store’s warehouse REQUIREMENTS: Minimum **REQUIRED** experience of 6 months in retail sales within boutiques specializing in footwear, beauty, apparel, cosmetics, jewelry, etc. **Salary: Full-time base salary of $10,299 MXN per month \+ Sales commissions \+ Transportation allowance bonus of $1,000 MXN \+ Statutory benefits.** Life Insurance Salary type: Bi-weekly payment via bank transfer to SANTANDER. **SCHEDULE**: Monday through Sunday, between 10:30 AM and 9:00 PM; two rotating days off per week.
