Description

Job Summary: Responsible for training security personnel on protocols, surveillance techniques, risk situation management, and first aid, while evaluating their performance. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive training in security and emergency management 2. Design and development of training programs and educational materials 3. Performance evaluation and field supervision \*Conduct induction courses for new security personnel \*Train on security protocols (access control, patrols, logs, instructions) \*Teach surveillance, prevention, and incident response techniques \*Train in risk situation management (thefts, conflicts, emergencies) \*Train on proper use of equipment (radios, CCTV, detectors, etc.) \*Provide basic self-defense training and situation control \*Deliver first aid and emergency response training \*Evaluate personnel performance through theoretical and practical exams \*Identify areas for improvement and design continuous training programs \*Update personnel on security regulations and procedures \*Supervise field practices and provide feedback to personnel \*Develop manuals, presentations, and educational materials \*Maintain attendance records, evaluations, and training files \*Coordinate mandatory courses as required by regulations (region-dependent) \*Report training progress and outcomes to management Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN PSYCHOLOGY, PEDAGOGY, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR RELATED FIELD Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
