Requirements * Academic level required: Bachelor's degree * Academic status: Intern * Required field of study (related fields): Industrial Engineering with focus on processes * Experience: 1 \- 2 years as a QUALITY ANALYST * Knowledge(s) and tool(s): + Knowledge of result interpretation. + Proficiency in operating technical or specialized equipment. + Technical knowledge of production processes, regulations, and area-specific tools. * Language(s): + None * Skill(s) and competency(ies): + Proactivity + Teamwork + Problem analysis and resolution + Results orientation * Candidate availability: + No travel required Schedule Some days Full-time 08:00 \- 16:00 Schedule clarification: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00; Saturday, 8:00–14:00. Responsibilities and Activities * Accurately measure the alcohol percentage in tequila, ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards and regulations. * Document analyses clearly and systematically, generating reports to support decision-making in production and quality control. * Participate in process reviews and in implementing good practices to maintain and enhance product quality. * Analyze dissolved solids in the product to verify concentration and stability. * Conduct specific tests to determine reducing and total sugar content (ARD and ART) in product samples, following established methods.
