Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, managing resources, risks, communications, and stakeholders. Key Highlights: 1. Conflict resolution and fostering team collaboration We are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER. This person will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects, as well as managing resources, risks, communications, and stakeholders. **Requirements:** **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field — degree required. **Certifications:** SCRUM, Agile, or PMI. **Tools:** Jira, Confluence, Notion (intermediate level), Monday (advanced level). **Years of Experience:** 3 to 5 years. General knowledge of information technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define project objectives, scope, schedule, resources, risks, and budget. * Coordinate project execution, assign tasks, monitor progress, and maintain communication with the team and stakeholders. * Lead and motivate the team, resolve conflicts, foster collaboration, and ensure clear communication. * Track project progress, identify deviations, implement corrective actions, and report status updates. * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop response plans for potential events. **We Offer:** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday. * Working hours: 9:00 am \- 7:00 pm. * Two-hour lunch break. * On-site work at Av. Insurgentes Sur, Miguel Hidalgo Villa Olímpica, Tlalpan, CDMX. * Base salary. Employment type: Full-time. Salary: $30,000\.76 \- $32,000\.00 per month.
