We seek a **Project Manager** passionate about architecture and design, with strong organizational, leadership, and operational oversight capabilities to coordinate high-level residential and/or corporate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper project execution by coordinating multidisciplinary teams, timelines, budgets, and communication with clients and suppliers. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate end-to-end development of architectural and interior design projects. * Monitor schedules, deliverables, and key milestones. * Oversee coordination among design, construction, engineering disciplines, and suppliers. * Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal teams. * Identify risks, delays, or deviations and propose solutions. * Track budgets, procurement, and administrative project controls. * Ensure quality and compliance at every project stage. * Coordinate meetings, minutes, and follow-up on agreed actions. **Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. * Experience in coordination and administration of architectural projects. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Clear communication and customer service orientation. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. **Desired Software** * AutoCAD * Revit * SketchUp * Excel * MS Project / Monday / Asana / project management tools **We Offer** * Participation in high-level projects. * Professional development and growth. * Excellent work environment. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
