We are currently seeking a **Project Manager** to join on-site in **CDMX**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field** * Minimum **1–3 years** of experience in **project management using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)** * Proficiency in **Jira** and collaboration tools * Knowledge of **Design Thinking** and **UX/UI design** * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite**, and familiarity with **servers, cloud platforms, and IT processes** * Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct **Scrum framework ceremonies** to monitor and manage projects * Manage projects within **Jira**, ensuring proper delivery and deployment of deliverables * Maintain effective communication with **business users**, **Product Owners**, and **development teams** * Estimate timelines and allocate resources for development, testing, and production release * Collaborate with business units to achieve strategic objectives **What We Offer:** * Net monthly salary of $31,000 * Enhanced benefits (Major Medical Expense Insurance and Life Insurance) * Profit-sharing * 15-day Christmas bonus and 25% vacation premium * Opportunity for professional development Are you interested in this opportunity?
