




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AV Project Engineer with expertise in audiovisual integration and technical design to supervise teams and ensure excellence in high-impact projects. We are currently seeking talent for the role of AV Project Engineer**,** a professional with experience in audiovisual integration, technical design, and team supervision—someone who will drive the success of high-impact projects while ensuring the highest technical standards and customer satisfaction. **What we’re looking for in you:** * University degree (mandatory) in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Audio Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years leading AV integration projects, with experience in audiovisual technical design, installations, functional testing, technical troubleshooting, and on-site team supervision. * Knowledge of AVIXA standards (CTS certification preferred). * Advanced proficiency with equipment and systems such as QSC, LOGITECH, POLY, CISCO, CRESTRON, EXTRON, and AUTOCAD. * Advanced English. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Use design documents as the technical installation guide; resolve queries with the Pre-Sales Engineer or Designer. * Analyze the assigned project’s characteristics and prepare technical information according to the schedule. * Supervise the Engineering team and coordinate with Installations to ensure objective achievement. * Report project progress and escalate relevant technical incidents for timely resolution. * Verify that technical personnel comply with client and company regulations, including appearance and tools. * Ensure delivery of technical information for the Designer to generate As-Built drawings. * Conduct and supervise functional tests of installed systems, delivering corresponding documentation. * Participate in technical inspections alongside the Installation Coordinator and Project Manager (PM). * Attend internal and external project meetings with necessary technical information. * Execute system acceptance testing (OSAT) prior to formal handover to the client. * Train users and clients on the use of installed equipment. * Document technical findings and present them during lessons-learned meetings (quality checklist and punchlist). * Follow up with the Engineering department to ensure complete delivery of documentation: technical reports, user manuals, etc. **What you’ll gain by joining our team:** * Monday–Friday work schedule. * Paid training. * Statutory benefits. * Additional benefits. * Job stability. * Dynamic and motivating work environment. * Seniority, paternity, maternity, and other bonuses. **If you have the experience for a new professional challenge, apply through this channel—we’d be delighted to meet you.** Benefits: * Professional development support * Gym discount * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone * Remote work * Additional vacation days or paid leave Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Leading AV integration projects: 2 years (Preferred) * AVIXA standards: 2 years (Preferred) Language: * Advanced English (Preferred) Work location: Hybrid remote work in Iztacalco, CDMX
