Job Description At Garmont Bend \& Weld, we are seeking a Plant Process Supervisor focused on improving productivity, quality, and compliance of manufacturing processes within our metalworking operation. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating operational areas, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and plant efficiency. Requirements * Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering degree. * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising manufacturing processes. * Preferred experience in metalworking or steel structures industries. * Knowledge of blueprint interpretation and manufacturing processes. * Leadership and personnel management skills. * Problem-solving ability. * Results-oriented mindset with commitment to continuous improvement. Responsibilities Supervise production processes in the following areas: * Assembly * Welding * Painting * Shipping * Monitor adherence to the production schedule. * Identify areas for process improvement and optimization. * Coordinate operational staff and area leaders. * Verify compliance with quality standards and manufacturing specifications. * Monitor timelines, productivity, and daily progress. * Prepare production and follow-up reports. * Coordinate rework activities and resolution of operational issues. * Ensure workplace safety and housekeeping standards are maintained.
