Our offer includes: * **Compensation:** MXN 11,500 net monthly. Direct employment contract and statutory benefits, plus enhanced benefits (e.g., Life Insurance). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, with three shift options: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, and 9:00 AM–6:30 PM. * **Work Location:** Polanco neighborhood, Miguel Hidalgo. Four blocks from Polanco Metro Station. **What We Are Looking For?** * Minimum 6 months of experience as: Accounting Analyst, Accounting Assistant, Payroll Specialist, or Payroll Assistant. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration (graduated or current candidate). * 6 months to 1 year of payroll administration experience—including payroll processing, incident receipt/control/review, payroll review (ISR, IMSS contributions, Infonavit), calculation and preparation of: ISN, Fonacot, IMSS variability, bonus calculations, occupational risk, vacation accruals, disability, etc. * Basic knowledge of severance settlements and final payments (finiquitos), Christmas bonus (aguinaldo), PTU (Profit Sharing), and credit calculations (Infonavit, Fovissste, Fonacot). * Basic knowledge of tax reconciliations: Tax determination and filing, and Worker-Employer Contribution reporting.
