Job stability and a positive work environment Position Objective Develop and adjust patterns within a garment factory, ensuring correct garment construction, measurement accuracy, and functionality for both production and samples. We seek a technically skilled professional with proven experience in developing patterns for textile production. Responsibilities * Development of base patterns * Size grading * Pattern adjustments and corrections * Interpretation of technical specifications * Sample testing and adjustments * Fabric utilization optimization * Collaborative work with cutting, sewing, and design departments * Detail correction prior to production release Position Goals * Accurate patterns with no measurement errors * Well-fitted samples during the first fitting * Reduction of rework * On-time deliveries Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience as a pattern maker in a garment factory * Knowledge of pattern development for production * Experience in size grading * Proficiency in manual systems and/or software (e.g., Gerber, Audaces, Lectra, etc., if applicable) * Knowledge of garment construction * Detail-oriented and technically proficient profile We Offer * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation, vacation bonus, INFONAVIT) * Timely payment * Job stability * Positive work environment Position Type: Full-time Salary: $8,995.78 - $16,309.13 per month Work Location: On-site employment
