RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Supervise and direct optimal restaurant operations. \-Inventory administration, preparation, and control. \-Staff training and management. \-Ensure timely order fulfillment (counter, phone, and delivery). \-Compliance with standards, policies, and procedures. \-Perform daily sales and store closing procedures. \-Cash handling. \-Vendor reception. \-Achieve sales targets. \-Identify and implement market strategies to drive sales. \-Identify operational needs and design improvement proposals.
