Management of pending items on the platform Logistics and Operations City: VERACRUZ Publication Date: May 21, 2026 Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM Description: General Purpose: Verify and notify route reconciliations for TR1 and TR2 (Pickup/Delivery) to guarantee the entry and exit of items from units and the platform at the COP, ensuring continuous traceability and preventing item theft, as well as supporting general administrative tasks for operational control. Execute TR2 and TR1 route reconciliations. Verify that all routes entering/leaving the COP report identical quantities of items entering/exiting—whether collected, delivered, or both—and ensure the Operator signs acceptance for any discrepancies. To prevent item theft. 2\. Obtain information on items with reconciliation discrepancies for TR1 and TR2. Identify each affected waybill, question the Operator, and require immediate delivery of that item. To ensure all items continue flowing through the Estafeta network and maintain full traceability. 3\. Issue records for all items remaining on the platform. Register, locate, and manage all shipments pending dispatch to route on the platform. To physically identify items on the platform and confirm that all items have a pending record registered on the platform. 4\. Analyze fuel performance for TR2 routes. Conduct daily audits to monitor fuel loading (high and low performance). To provide information to the supervisor to prevent improper fuel usage and fuel theft. 5\. Report TR1, TR2 reconciliation results and fuel performance audit outcomes to the Supervisor. Document and submit the daily report upon completion of reconciliations and fuel performance audits. So the supervisor can take corrective and/or preventive actions with the Operator/route experiencing incidents to avoid recurrence. Decision-Making: • Halt the TR2 Operator / Route Assistant at the COP if a reconciliation incident is detected. • Require immediate delivery of the missing item, along with the TR2 Operator / Route Assistant’s signed acknowledgment of the reconciliation discrepancy. • Determine, based on analysis, which TR2 routes require fuel performance audits. • Manage the location of pending items on the platform. • Follow up on sanctions related to TR1 and TR2 reconciliation incidents. Internal Relationships: 1\. Supervisor: To specifically track TR1, TR2 reconciliation results and fuel performance audit outcomes. 2\. Route Operator / TR2 Route Assistant: To verify correct execution of the unloading process. External Relationships: 1\. Customers: To clarify order fulfillment and verify pending items. Data analysis using pivot tables, formulas, presentation of activity results, daily indicator reporting. Experience Profile: Warehouse: 6 months. Data analysis, identification and improvement of indicator deviations, inventory execution, control of item inflows and outflows. Personnel management, negotiation for conflict resolution.
