We are currently seeking a **Maintenance Technician (OPERATIONAL POSITION).** **Position Objective:** Ensure the proper operation of production processes, guaranteeing bale production in accordance with production requirements and established quality standards. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment to maintain optimal operating conditions. Additionally, safely and efficiently carry out internal and external logistics processes at the collection center, including proper forklift operation. **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma with technical training in electromechanical, industrial, or related fields (NOT engineering). * Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and industrial mechanical maintenance (mandatory). * Desired: General production machinery operation experience. * Desired: Press operation experience. * Desired: Experience supervising personnel. * Mandatory: Forklift operation and handling. **Benefits:** * 100% IMSS social security contribution * IMSS subsidized by the company * 3% savings fund * Vacation days as stipulated by law * Monthly food vouchers * 25% vacation bonus * 17-day year-end bonus **Location:** Hidalgo Logistic Park, Los Mochis, Sinaloa.
