We are looking for a talented **IT Sr. Solutions Engineer** to join our team specializing in **Information Technology** for our **Cummins** in **Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León. The role is 100% onsite.** **Job Summary:** Partners with business functions to define, determine, analyze, document and communicate the objectives, business requirements and priorities for information systems and solutions; works with application and technical experts on the solution design, implementation, support, maintenance and enhancement of the information systems. **In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:** * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams / stakeholders to deliver outcomes, projects, or services on time and within scope. * Drive digital manufacturing initiatives using Agile methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, and coordination with cross\-functional IT and plant teams. * Own and continuously improve processes, systems, or metrics related to the department. * Partner with stakeholders to define business success criteria for medium to large initiatives. * Gather, analyze, and document functional and non\-functional business requirements. * Manage requirement changes, ensuring impacts are understood and approved by stakeholders. * Validate solutions to ensure they meet business and technical needs. * Review test plans and support testing activities to reduce risk and confirm expected results. * Conduct problem analysis and coordinate resolution of moderate to complex issues. * Build strong relationships with business, IT, and operations teams to deliver business value. **Experience:** At least 5 years of experience. **Education, Licenses, Certifications:** University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related subject.
