At Empacadora La Merced, we seek talent with analytical vision, leadership, and a focus on internal control to join our team as **Internal Audit Coordinator**. Position Objective Plan, coordinate, and supervise internal audits aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance, thereby contributing to continuous improvement and sound organizational decision-making. Key Responsibilities ✔ Coordinate and supervise financial, operational, and administrative internal audits. ✔ Develop and monitor the Annual Audit Plan. ✔ Identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities. ✔ Review findings, evidence, and corrective action plans. ✔ Prepare executive reports and presentations for Management. ✔ Verify compliance with policies, processes, and internal controls. ✔ Follow up on external audits and information requests. ✔ Supervise assigned personnel and ensure methodological compliance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in internal auditing, internal control, or risk management. Knowledge of auditing standards, COSO framework, IFRS/NIIF, and internal controls. Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. Experience preparing reports and tracking findings. Team coordination experience is desirable.
