Having experienced sustained growth across multiple divisions, we are now seeking a Junior Payroll Assistant Trainee Intern for our Polanco offices, in an on-site format with hybrid options available.

* **Compensation:** MXN 11,500 net monthly. Direct employment contract and statutory benefits, plus enhanced benefits (e.g., Life Insurance).
* **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, with three shift options: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, and 9:00 AM–6:30 PM.
* **Work Location:** Polanco neighborhood, Miguel Hidalgo. Four blocks from Polanco Metro Station.
**What We’re Looking For**
* Minimum 6 months of experience as: Accounting Analyst, Accounting Assistant, Payroll Specialist, or Payroll Assistant.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (graduated or currently completing final requirements).
* 6 months to 1 year of payroll administration experience—including receipt, control, and review of payroll incidents; payroll review (Income Tax Withholding [ISR], IMSS Contributions, Infonavit deductions); calculation and preparation of: ISN, Fonacot loans, IMSS variability, bonus calculations, occupational risk assessments, vacation accruals, disability leave, etc.
* Basic knowledge of severance settlements and final payments (finiquitos), Christmas bonuses (aguinaldo), Profit Sharing (PTU), and loan calculations (Infonavit, Fovissste, Fonacot).
* Basic understanding of tax reconciliations: Tax Determination and Reporting, and Worker-Employer Contribution Reporting. Proficiency in IMSS systems (SIROC, IDSE, SUA, Sipare)—including employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications.
* Basic accounting skills: Bank reconciliations, billing tracking, preparation of accounting entries, expense/income/daily journal vouchers, supplier and creditor balance compilation, data analysis, operational support, report delivery, payment voucher preparation, and income reconciliation.
* Familiarity with accounting software such as Tigo, Aspel NOI, Contpaq, QuickBooks, or ERPs like Oracle, Dynamics, Microsip, SAP, etc.
* Intermediate Excel proficiency for report management and analysis.
