Summary: This role involves managing import and export operations, ensuring customs compliance, and coordinating warehouse activities using Prisma software. Highlights: 1. Advanced Prisma software knowledge for import/export operations 2. Ensuring compliance with customs classification and valuation procedures 3. Coordinating warehouse and customs activities * Advanced knowledge about prisma software in order to perform imports and exports for raw material, equipment and finished goods * Follow up to the compliance classification and valuation procedures * Receiving reports generation for Finance department usage for MRO material * import and export pediments record retention (air and ground) with their back up * Import and Export reports preparation (Annual and monthly) * Coordinate the receiving and shipping warehouse activities at El Paso, TX. * Coordinate Customs activities; imports, exports and tax required documentation to comply with the current Mexican laws and regulations * Support the Traffic and Customs supervisor in the task/responsibilities assigned. * Complies with all safety policies, reports immediately any situation of risk and participates actively with actions to improve safety in his area of control.
