Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Finance/Administration Assistant to manage billing, collections, reporting, and bank reconciliations, with experience in industrial commercial relations. Key Highlights: 1. Mandatory experience in commercial relations with industrial companies 2. ERP system proficiency and accounting knowledge 3. Key responsibilities in billing, collections, and reporting Industrial services group and product distribution company; Hiring a Finance/Administration Assistant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (LAE, LCP, or equivalent). Ages 23 to 35. Proactive Strong verbal communication skills Minimum one year of relevant experience required. (Mandatory) Experience in commercial relations with industrial companies required. (Mandatory) **RESPONSIBILITIES**: \-Billing (to industrial clients) \-Collections and preparation of payment supplements. \-Reporting. \-Bank reconciliations. \-ERP system management. \-Preference given to candidates with REPSE experience. \-General accounting knowledge. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM One-hour lunch break Work location: Downtown Saltillo.
