IMPORTANCE **TOPICS AND APPLICATION IN PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE\-EQUIPMENT IMPROVEMENT SYSTEM\-BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF 5S AND ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS.** **ELECTROMECHANICAL TECHNICIAN\-MECHATRONICS TECHNICIAN\-INDUSTRIAL ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN\-INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN\-MACHINERY AND TOOLS TECHNICIAN.** EXPERIENCE 4 to 6 years in similar positions. ATTITUDE AND STRENGTHS OF THE PROFILE. * Electrical control fault diagnosis and troubleshooting * Mechanical fault diagnosis and troubleshooting * Pneumatic system fault diagnosis and troubleshooting * Analysis and repair of precision equipment * Analysis of electrical equipment * Knowledge of punch presses * Knowledge of shearing machines * Knowledge of hydraulic systems * Knowledge of motors \- gear reducers * Knowledge of bearings (linear \- ball, etc.) * Knowledge of overhead cranes (hoists) * Knowledge of pistons \- maintenance \- hydraulic / pneumatic Use and knowledge of tools. 1\. Manual tools, conventional machinery and tools, CNC machines, arc welding and oxy-gas welding equipment 2\. Vernier calipers 4\. Manual and electric cutting tools 5\. Adjustment and assembly tools (torque wrench: for applying exact torque when tightening bolts and nuts, press, gears and pulleys) 6\. Basic knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) 7\.
