**CUITLAHUAC REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT is seeking an E\-commerce Specialist in Heroe De Nacozari \- Gustavo A. Madero, Mexico City** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Objective: * Manage and maintain the online store, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and content, as well as timely order and customer request follow-up to guarantee an efficient and reliable shopping experience. Main Responsibilities: * Product management on the platform (WooCommerce) * Adding, removing, and updating products. * Uploading and optimizing images. * Categorizing and organizing products. * Updating prices. * Order handling and follow-up. * Coordination with logistics or relevant departments. * Preparing quotations requested by customers. * Routing complex requests to appropriate departments. * Responding to basic inquiries regarding products or orders. * Identifying store errors (e.g., incorrect pricing, images, stock levels). * Proposing improvements to product presentation. Candidate Profile: * Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferably in administrative, marketing, or related fields) Experience: * Minimum 6 months managing online stores or e\-commerce platforms. * Experience in counter sales (desirable). * Customer service experience (mandatory). Technical Knowledge: * Proficiency in e\-commerce platforms (WooCommerce). * Basic image uploading and editing. * Excel proficiency. * Basic commercial writing skills. * Customer service skills. Skills: * Organization and attention to detail (exceptional). * Service-oriented attitude. * Task tracking and control.
