




ACTIVITIES * Advise customers on the various credit products and services offered by Banco Azteca, promoting cross-selling. * Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with credit, identifying their needs to facilitate new credit approvals. * Update all customer information in the system during each visit or contact with the customer, at least once per year. * Process credit applications accurately to prevent payment delays and fraud. * Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. * Off-site promotion: promoting products outside the point of sale. * Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals. OFFER * Fixed weekly salary starting at: $2,000. * Weekly commissions of: $2,200 MXN. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year—increasing based on seniority. * Working conditions: 8-hour daily schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday rest day.
