Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical/Electromechanical Engineer with experience in automation and control to execute projects from configuration through commissioning, with availability for travel. Dynamic role with 80% fieldwork and 20% office work. **Company dedicated to providing electrical installation and maintenance services, assembly of control panels PCYM \- Electrical substations** **Requirements:** * Education: **Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering degree** * Experience: 1 year; **related internships in the sector are accepted**. * Knowledge of communication networks, programming, reading and interpreting electrical diagrams, panel wiring, and commissioning of control cabinets * Residency in Toluca, San Mateo Atenco, or surrounding areas * **Availability to travel: 80% FIELD / 20% OFFICE** * **Valid driver's license** * **Immediate availability to join the team** **Job Objective:** Efficiently and professionally carry out all activities required to successfully complete automation and control projects — ranging from factory configuration and testing, to commissioning, delivery of corresponding technical documentation (protocols), as well as report generation and project progress updates. **Competencies:** * Analytical ability * Responsibility * Results-oriented mindset * Problem-solving skills * Service-oriented attitude **Gross salary \+ statutory benefits \+ travel allowances** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site employment
