Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with experience in Neodata and AutoCAD to prepare, analyze, and manage unit prices and construction budgets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Unit price development and construction budget analysis 2. Performance analysis and supplier negotiation 3. Proficiency in Neodata and AutoCAD. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Preparation and analysis of unit prices for construction items. 2\. Construction cost evaluation and detailed budget development. 3\. Analysis of material, labor, and equipment productivity. 4\. Comparison and analysis of subcontractor and supplier proposals. 5\. Generation of cost and budget reports. 6\. Drawing quantification and review. 7\. Drafting of descriptions for construction item catalogs. 8\. Cost marketing to ensure price competitiveness. 9\. Interaction with suppliers and contractors for price negotiation. **We Offer:** · Monthly salary: $16,000 to $18,000 (net) plus statutory benefits. · Direct employment with the company. · On-site work in Cuajimalpa Borough, Mexico City (near Universidad Iberoamericana).
