PROFILE: * Age: 30 to 45 years * Gender: Unrestricted * Degree in Computer Systems Engineering * Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support and networking * Experience in remote and on-site support * Experience (preferred) in the gastronomic, restaurant, or food industry * Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, VPN, structured cabling, and enterprise Wi-Fi * Skills in process analysis and continuous improvement. DESIRED SKILLS: Sense of urgency, experience with Ubiquiti equipment, Alpha ERP, firewalls and access control, knowledge of traceability regulations, familiarity with batch production environments, waste control, etc. Intermediate English, teamwork, ability to work under pressure. Schedule: 6:55 AM to 3:00 PM; availability for overtime is required. Workdays are Monday through Saturday; Sundays are days off. During peak season, 5 Sundays per year are worked. Workplace: Carretera a Zacatecas \#900, Col. Los Salazares (Almost opposite Aurrera warehouse in Saucito) Valid 2026 Tax Status Certificate is mandatory for recruitment.
