Job Summary: Responsible for general cleaning and maintenance of various areas, assisting with utensil washing and providing friendly service. Key Highlights: 1. Cleaning and disinfection of spaces. 2. Proper handling of waste and supplies. 3. Teamwork with a positive and detail-oriented attitude. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** \-Perform general cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, common areas, and assigned areas in production and customer service. \-Sweep, mop, and disinfect floors and surfaces according to the daily cleaning plan. \-Clean and disinfect restrooms, sinks, mirrors, and bathroom fixtures. \-Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately, including separation of recyclables and organics. \-Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, napkins, etc.). \-Report damages, leaks, or maintenance needs to supervisor. \-Use and maintain cleaning materials and products properly, following safety and hygiene protocols. \-Assist in washing utensils, trays, molds, production tools, tableware, and glassware. \-Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized, ensuring continuous availability of utensils for kitchen and bar operations. \-Respond courteously and respectfully to staff and visitor needs. **COMPETENCIES AND QUALITIES:** \-Responsibility and honesty. \-Organization and planning. \-Teamwork. \-Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and products. \-Good communication skills and willingness to help. \-Orderliness and attention to detail. \-Positive attitude and service orientation. \-Adaptability and responsiveness. \-Charisma, empathy, and kindness. \-Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize. **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Saturday: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM Sunday: FIXED DAY OFF\*Main Responsibilities:\* Salary: $9,240 MXN plus monthly bonus and statutory benefits. Probation period: 30 days. Bonus starts from the second month.
