We are currently seeking your talent as a: **Billing Analyst** **Objective:** This position is vital in ensuring accurate billing of services rendered, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with established processes. **Responsibilities:** * Accurately bill sold services * Compile and maintain supporting billing documentation, organized for internal and external audits * Prepare and update operational reports (consumption, charges, invoice status) * Record and track cancellations, and request credit notes upon coordinator validation * Maintain operational communication with internal departments—including Accounts Receivable, Warehouse, and Technical Support—to clarify information * Support billing reconciliation processes with hospitals and customers under the Coordinator’s supervision * Identify basic discrepancies between charges and internal records and report them to the Coordinator **Skills:** * Technical knowledge of general billing processes, especially for private hospitals * Ability to identify discrepancies between hospital charges and internal records * Communication and negotiation skills * Results-oriented mindset and attention to detail * Adaptability and ability to work under pressure * Capacity to manage urgent situations or high-volume billing without compromising accuracy **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree in Accounting or related field * Excellent attitude and sense of urgency * Orderliness and precision in performance * Strong negotiation skills * Proficiency in Contpaq i * SAT Portal usage * Electronic invoicing (CFDI) and cancellations * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Billing Analyst * Experience in medical sector billing **We Offer:** **Salary:** * MXN $13,000–$15,000 gross per month * Statutory benefits **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Position Type: Full-time Salary: MXN $13,000.00–$15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term employment contract Work Location: On-site employment
